Why Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra?

This program invites participants into profound states of rest and renewal through Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra — the ancient art of “yogic sleep.” By gently guiding awareness through thoughts, muscles, breath, and the pull of gravity, participants discover how to release tension, quiet the mind, and awaken a deeper sense of vitality and presence.

Program Outcomes: By the end of the RESTORE program, participants will:

✅ Develop practical tools to reduce stress and held tension
✅ Experience deeper states of rest, self-awareness, and inner peace
✅ Apply Chakra balancing practices to stress management
✅ Create a personal RESTORE routine (10–20 mins/day)
