Yoga Teacher Training, for Teachers

Sign Up Today for Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Drawing from the Yoga in Schools Founder Jenny Kierstead’s extensive personal development, professional training and teaching experience with nearly 30 years of yoga study, as well as the expert team of school teachers, yoga instructors and exercise specialists, this yoga teacher training program has been described as a life transforming experience.

Encompassing the diverse and authentic teachings of yoga and other evidence-based practices, this yoga training program introduces you to the foundations of this eastern practice. Five of the eight school programs that Jenny and Blair have developed were piloted within the school system and are taught within this program.

You'll be delighted to discover you're no longer alone. After certifying thousands of yoga teachers, we've witnessed the personal transformation that happens when you tap into your new network of colleagues delivering yoga and mindfulness in classrooms across the country.

You'll gain new perspectives, and acquire applicable tools for creating a healthier school climate. This is so much more than a certification. This is a life changing personal experience that awakens the teacher as well as the students to new ways of living.
