In person instruction will be at Chocolate Lake Hotel in Halifax, NS. Remote (online) instruction is also available.
How Much?
The Mindfulness & Trauma certification is $600.00 + hst. Be sure to check local PD for funding options.

They have collaborated with First Nations communities across Canada, certifying teachers and support workers to deliver their yoga and mindfulness programs.
There will be workshops for every level; from the curious beginner to the certified Yoga Instructor.
