Jenny designed the SOS model specifically for the ARC course. It consists of three steps; 1. Softening the body 2. Opening the mind space behind your eyes and 3. Slowing your breathing down. A perfect process for immediate relief of anxiety.
In this certification training, participants will learn to identify anxiety red flags, and then learn essential body/mind techniques for helping clients recover a sense of peace and freedom.
Some of these techniques include:
- Understanding the neuroscience of anxiety, worry, fear and panic
- Cognitive therapy for working with anxiety patterns
- Movement practices designed to regulate the nervous system
- Breathing and mindfulness practices that rewire the anxious brain
- Anxiety coping techniques for neuro-divergent minds
- The yoga of sleep for tension release
